How the system works
Monitoring inside the pipes, and sensors outside them.
The Moen Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff prevents leaks by shutting off your main water supply when a leak is detected, giving round-the-clock protection and stopping water damage before it spreads.
The monitor watches for leaks inside your plumbing. The separate Smart Water Detector watches for moisture outside the pipes, from overflowing drains, appliance failures and weather. Used together they cover both cases.
Certified installer
Fitted on the main line, and set up properly.
We are professionally certified to install Moen smart water products, so the system is fitted correctly and works the way it is meant to.
Installed on your main water line, the shutoff connects to the Moen Smart Water app for real-time monitoring. You can see water use and shut the supply off from your phone, wherever you are.
Where the detector goes
Anywhere a slow leak would otherwise go unnoticed.
The Smart Water Detector alerts you to moisture outside the pipes and can sit almost anywhere, indoors or out. Behind a washing machine, under a water heater, beneath a sink: the places a slow leak runs for weeks before anybody sees it.
For full coverage, combine the detector with the Flo monitor and shutoff. All work comes with an upfront, written estimate.

Bertin did a wonderful job. He took care of a very challenging situation saving us from what would have soon been a much costlier headache.
