Fast, friendly and available.
Whether your emergency happens late at night, at the weekend or on a holiday, we work with your schedule. Whatever the problem is, do not wait.
Day or night, we are here. There is no need to look for another plumbing company. You can also limit the damage before we arrive: know where your water shut-off valve is, and close it.

Water heater repair in Wimberley
Same-day service, and the common parts on the truck.
Fast water heater repair and competitive pricing matter when the hot water goes. With more than 20 years of service we repair electric and gas water heaters, tankless systems and commercial units.
If you are running out of hot water too quickly, have none at all, hear a noise or find a leak, we will respond. Occasionally a repair needs a part specific to your brand and model, which we order from the manufacturer once the diagnosis is complete.
Call as soon as you notice a problem and we will diagnose it, check your manufacturer's warranty status, and schedule the repair.
Slab leak repair in Wimberley
Not every plumbing company handles slab leaks.
It is essential to repair a leak underneath a concrete floor slab as soon as possible. A slab leak does more than waste water: it leads to moldy carpets, warped hardwood floors and water damage restoration costs. Left long enough, the erosion undermines the foundation itself.
Your repair options depend on where the leak is and the general condition of your pipes, so it is difficult to give even a rough approximation before testing and a thorough inspection. We will tell you what we find and what each option involves.
Cade came out and spent the time to track down the source of our issue-the builders plumber had run the recirculating line all around the house before terminating it in the master bathroom. By the time it got there the water was cold, not hot. It took a long time to get hot water. He gave me a solution and an estimate to fix it correctly. Had him come back to do the job and voila , we have hot water in our master bathroom. Highly recommend Proficient, they are friendly, fair and honest. They get the job done right.

Great experience with these folks! From initial call to Garrett, who replaced our water heater, this group was professional, friendly and had us back in hot water (in the good way) in just a few hours. Everyone we talked with was good at their job and made things happen. That's a rarity any more. Highly recommend!
