We had Proficient Plumbing do a large job, they connected our detached garage to the water main at our house. It was about 300' away, they had to use a trenching machine and navigate the driveway and a stone wall. They treated the job like they were working on their own house, they paid particular attention to ensuring that they didn't uproot any trees or damage our stone wall. After the trenching was finished and they covered the trench you wouldn't even know they had been there. They used quality materials and went one-step above and beyond by installing a tracer wire - I was impressed. They called me before they came out and immediately following the job to ensure that I was happy. The staff were incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable - they will be my go to for any plumbing needs in the future.

We used Proficient Plumbing on a major job replacing all the water lines in our home. We talked to people who used them in the past for similar jobs, and they were highly recommended. I had my thermocouple go out on my water heater. Based on my initial debug, I knew this was the issue. I got a quote from them over the phone. They came and verified the issue and did not make up any other problem. They fix it and charge me what we agreed on over the phone.

We had an emergency water issue on a Sunday, when we drilled through our main water line by accident while hanging things in our garage. We called Bertin at Proficient Plumbing and he came out within 15 minutes of our call, on a SUNDAY. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the issue, and knew just how to fix it. He had our water line fixed and water back on within 45 minutes of arriving. Outstanding customer service and his work was flawless. 10/10 would recommend and use again!
